Organization Commission |
The Organization Commission provides organization development, opportunities for leadership training, public relations resources, and publications to assure the successful organization and management of Council and its programs. It serves to strengthen the leadership team at every level of council work. This commission is responsible for on-going training of officers, up-dating and distribution of the training manual, video and materials. The Organization Commission Chairman may be of help to the other Commission Chairmen, especially in encouraging them in keeping a Commission notebook or folder which may be passed on to the next Commission Chairman. If there is no Parliamentarian at the Parish level, she may be available at meetings to advise the members on proper procedures in the conducting of business.
