The Family Life Bureau, which was directed by Father Tuchek and Father Holohman as part of Catholic Social Services, became the Family Life Office in 1989. Father Barnhill was named the first Director. Fathers Barak, Sullivan, and Matthew Eickhoff have been Assistant Directors. Father Eichoff is the current Director. Melissa Lucas was hired as Diocesan Youth Ministry Coordinator in 1999. Some of the marriage, family, youth, and bereavement programs coordinated by the Family Life Office are detailed below.
